XII QTL-MAS Workshop 2008
It is our pleasure to announce that the 12th QTL-MAS workshop will be organised by the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). It will be held in Uppsala, Sweden on the 15-16 May 2008.

The focus of the meeting will be on fine mapping, genome-wide association analysis and genomic selection. Participants are encouraged to give a short talk on their research or analysis of the common data set.
We have four invited speakers: Martin Lascoux, William Valdar , Kerstin Lindblad-Toh and Curt van Tassel.
A section on this workshop will focus on discussions about analyses of a simulated data set. The data set is prepared to facilitate QTL analyses (by linkage, association or combinations of these) as well as genomic selection.
